1. Before deployment, run through the Compatibility Check available under the Important Notes section to find if you meet all the minimum requirements that impact upgradeability.
2. Ensure that feature pack option is enabled under Patch database settings.
   In Desktop Central: Patch Mgmt -> Settings -> Patch Database Settings -> click on the Windows tab and enable the Feature Pack option.
   In Patch Manager Plus: Admin -> Settings -> Patch Database Settings -> click on the Windows tab and enable the Feature Pack option.
3. Ensure that you have not declined the feature pack updates under decline patches section.

2.Download and Add the dependency patch (ISO file) to the Patch store.

For any Desktop Central, Patch Manager Plus, or Vulnerability Manager Plus versions, follow the below steps to download the ISO image.

1. Download Windows 10 20H2 ISO file from Volume Licensing Service Center.
